Simrad CP 34 W GPS Chartplotter
The CP33 is an easy to use navigation center with enhanced
plotting and navigation features. It offers electronic charts, built-in GPS and
differential receivers plus instrument displays with data via NMEA.

Accuracy
Track Plotter
Interfacing
Dual Station
TD
and Lane Conversion
Simple Operation
The many features of the CP33 are easily accessed via a straight
forward windows-like operation system with pull-down menus and large clear text.
The GOTO key will instantly take you back to the chart display from any other
display.
Electronic Chart System
A comprehensive world-wide chart library is a standard feature.
The built-in charts present a outline indication of coast lines and general
location information. Adding your own waypoints, marks and lines complements the
standard information for your all-round navigation and fishing requirements. For
greater chart detail, the CP32 utilizes the latest and most advanced electronics
chart technology - the CF95NT mini C-Cards from C-MAP.
Accuracy
Advanced GPS technology with continuous parallel tracking and
trackkeeping of all satellites in view ensures optimum performance and accuracy
under all weather conditions. Enhanced accuracy is achieved by the built-in
differential beacon receiver, which automatically locks on to the best 2
stations enabling accuracies of two to five meters.
Track Plotter
The CP33 is also a trackplotter. Nine individual tracks of 256
points each, 500 lines/line sections and 999 individual marks/waypoints with a
choice of 15 different symbols.
Interfacing
The flexible input and output ports provide compatible
interfaces for NMEA 0183 equipment such as autopilot, radar, echo sounder,
plotter and performance instruments. An optional 6-channel NMEA buffer is
available for distribution of data to the GMDSS equipment of an entire
bridge.
Dual Station
The DC30 is a separate waterproof remote unit in the same design
as the main unit. All key commands are relayed to the main unit and the display
picture is instantly transferred back via a high speed data link.
TD and Lane Conversion
The fisherman will enjoy having present postion shown in Loran
TDs or decca lanes with corrections for optimum local accuracy. A position in TD
or decca coordinates can be plotted directly on the chart by the
cursor.
