Description: Northstar 962 X GPS High-end color GPS/raster
charting system with Echo Sounder. The Northstar 962 gives you new, powerful
features to comfortably handle the diverse conditions you'll experience on the
water and it makes options like the 490 Echo Sounder possible.
Northstar 962 features like OverZoom and ClearZoom were
developed to make the 962 a more useful tool. The 962 reads both NOAA and ARCS
international electronic charts so that you literally have the world at your
fingertips - in great detail.
The Northstar 962 ease-of-use comes from
having been there, done that. The big, bright sunlight readable screen
performs equally well on a dark, rainy night. Even complicated functions
position, distance, and bearing of up to 2,000 waypoints. Northstars 962 gives
you big, bright, sunlight-readable displays with accurate, logical navigation
information all with intuitive, touch-of-a-button speed that allows you to
navigate even in close quarters with confidence.
